The oversize folder contains a map of the island, a photocopy of an infographic describing the project, and two mounted negative acetate sheets for printing, describing the planning of the project (1958). File folder 1 includes maps of the islands, magazine clippings, proposed menu for the Toronto Island restaurant (1960), architectural drawings for boathouse, washrooms, and water supply, negatives (including acetate sheets with architectural drawings for the pier and dock and island plans, in envelope 1), contact sheets of island scenes, and photographs of the designed model. Folder 2 contains photographs primarily depicting scenes from the island, including the restaurant, gardens, docks, people and an aerial shot.
